"Transition to Workday LMS" Training and Communication Plan was designed for the Oregon Department of Education (ODE). The ODE needed a training plan to move their employees from their existing iLearn Learning Management System (LMS) to a new implementation of Workday Enterprise LMS. This document outlines the training plan, which includes the learner profiles, proposed course format options, proposed schedule, learner assistance plan for course access, pre-requisite skill development plan, training features, job aids plan, Universal Design considerations, and a three stage communications plan.
